I guess you didn't think about a websearch, did you ?

Simply searching for "sentiment analysis java" brings up a bunch of resources, like a related question on stackoverflow.com. From there on it's easy to find NLP/dataming toolkits like GATE, Balie or LingPipe, to just name a few (the later is partly commercial, so be careful what's allowed with the free version).
