Where can I find a good sample triples (RDF preferred) and Ontology (OWL preferred) data for learning and testing purposes? I would like the data to have the following characteristics:

Small Data Set
Variety of Triples for People, Places, Articles, Events, and Subjects
Ontology included
Real triples preferred over fictional to connect back to linked data

Bonus would include:

Documents including the previously mentioned triples for entity extraction

I am going to try the US Congress data because it appears to have good coverage of the requirements above and it will be easy to find related documents.
